Flight passengers will have better sleep during transcontinental flights.

Long flights are exhausted for the passenger and for their body. The transcontinental fights are generally long, uncomfortable, and where people do not sleep well because of their stress or the other passenger stress.

If you fly to Asia on the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, you might find it a wee bit easier to fall asleep on the way. A plane engineers had a idea. Using LED Light bulb to help passenger fall asleep.

The LED employed as a cabin lighting have been programmed to, ideally, partially tweak the circadian rhythms of passengers on transcontinental flights. The engineers hope that the LED will help passengers adjust to jet lag more easily.
